Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Draft. This document describes how the product actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It needs review before real signups depend on it.
The agreement
By creating an account or using One Redesign, you agree to these terms. If you are using it for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept on that organization's behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Your content and your code
You keep ownership of the designs you create. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to store and display them back to you as part of running the service.
You own the code the service generates from your designs. There is no attribution requirement, no royalty, and no obligation to keep using One Redesign to continue using that code.
Your content: ownership and responsibility
You keep ownership of everything you create with the service, as stated above. In turn, you are responsible for what you put into it: you confirm that your designs, images, fonts, and any other material you upload are yours to use, or that you have the right to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
If you use the service in a way that infringes someone else's rights, you agree to cover any reasonable costs, damages, or settlements we face as a direct result, and to cooperate with us in resolving it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other accounts.
Availability and changes
We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will give notice.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service will be handled in the courts of King County, Washington, and you agree to that venue.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service, and they replace any earlier agreement on the same subject.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we will give notice, such as an email or an in-product message, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the service and may close your account.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with: a description of the work you believe is infringed, the location of the material on our service, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized and that your notice is accurate. We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and we will let the person who posted it know.
